No. Free includes dragging tasks onto your calendar, moving and resizing blocks, priorities, auto-planning, undo and calendar export. With a free account, tasks save across devices with no expiry. A Google connection is not required.
Yes. Your free account includes one Kanban board. Open the schedule beside your board and drag a card into a time slot, or choose its date and time with Plan. The card stays in its list and appears in the planner as the same task. Moving its time does not change its board status.
No. You can create tasks and arrange time blocks yourself. AI assistance is optional. Free accounts include five AI requests per month when AI is available. Paid plans have higher allowances. The guest browser tool uses no AI.
AI proposes changes for you to review. You choose what to apply and whether tasks and notes are included in its workspace context.
Google Calendar integration is built and in private testing. Google has verified our branding; verification of Calendar data access is still required before public connections open. Calendar file export is available now on every plan. Google sign-in and Google Calendar access are separate permissions.
Yes. Plus is $9 USD monthly or $90 USD yearly; Pro is $19 USD monthly or $190 USD yearly. Yearly billing charges the full amount upfront and saves two months compared with 12 monthly payments ($18 on Plus or $38 on Pro). Paid checkout is offered when live billing is available.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions have the same features and limits within each tier. Plus includes 10 boards and 100 AI requests per calendar month; Pro includes 50 boards and 500 AI requests. AI requests reset each calendar month in UTC, including on yearly plans, and do not roll over.
Use Plan & billing in your workspace to open the Stripe billing portal. You can change plans or billing frequency, update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel renewal. Stripe shows any proration and the amount due before you confirm a change. Cancellation keeps paid access until the end of your paid period.
Your saved tasks, boards and notes stay accessible and editable. New boards and notes follow Free limits, recurring tasks pause, and connected sync requires a paid plan. Canceling at the end of a paid period keeps access through that period.
