1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 13 years old to use MyPlannerAI. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. The service
Free accounts include unlimited tasks and time blocking saved across devices with no task expiry, one Kanban board, ten non-trashed notes and five AI requests per calendar month when AI is available. Paid plans add higher limits, unlimited notes and recurring tasks; connected calendars are included only when available. After a downgrade, existing tasks, boards and notes remain accessible and editable, new content follows the current limits, and recurring tasks pause. The guest tool works without an account and keeps each task in that browser for seven days. Clearing browser data removes guest tasks sooner. You can export or choose to import remaining guest tasks into a free account.
MyPlannerAI provides tools for organizing tasks, schedules, boards, notes, connected calendars, and AI-assisted planning. We may improve, add, remove, or change features over time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to MyPlannerAI. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and upload your content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or overload the service, bypass usage or security limits, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.
5. AI-assisted planning
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided as planning assistance, not professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Review suggestions before relying on them or adding them to your workspace. You are responsible for decisions and actions based on AI output.
6. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are presented before purchase. Payments and subscription management are processed through Stripe. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable.
7. Third-party services
Optional integrations and payment or authentication services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. You can stop using an optional integration by disconnecting it or revoking its access.
8. Intellectual property
MyPlannerAI and its software, design, branding, and service content—excluding your content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPlannerAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and will post a revised effective date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. The laws and courts that apply will be determined by mandatory consumer rules and the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established.
